Sara Skov has nearly 14 years of work experience in various roles across several industries. Their current role is as Lead for Services Offerings and Customer Experience at Amperity, where they help brands improve customer experiences and business outcomes. Prior to this, they worked at Catalyst Software as a Product Marketing specialist. Sara also held two positions at Amperity previously: Director of Product Marketing and Director of Enablement, Strategic Advisory. At Custora, Sara served as Director, Customer Success Operations and Enablement, and as a Customer Engagement Manager. During their career, they have also worked as a consultant at Frokost.dk, and as an MBA Consultant at Schneider Electric. Sara’s early career began with roles at Unum as an Account Specialist, Simply Unum Account Manager, and Client Manager; as a Customer Success Manager at Citrix Online; and as a Marketing Coordinator at Safdar, CPA. Sara’s career started with a stint as an HR and Recruiting Intern at Foresters Financial Services.

Sara Skov obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Psychology from The College of New Jersey in 2009. Sara later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2015.
