Joe Kelly

Joe Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joe began their career as an Analyst at Driehaus Capital Management in 2010, followed by a brief role as an Analyst at William Blair and Company. In 2011, Joe interned at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., working in Portfolio Management. Later that year, they took on the role of a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin - McCombs School of Business.

In 2013, Joe joined Phillips 66 as a Staff Analyst, where they worked on various projects related to Marketing F&PA and Commercial Clean Products. Joe also completed a Finance Excellence Program during their tenure. After three years at Phillips 66, Joe transitioned to Baker & O'Brien, Inc. in 2016, working as an Analyst until 2019.

Joe's next career move was to Lazard, where they initially served as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in 2019. Joe then advanced to the position of Investment Banking Associate and worked in this role until 2022. Following their time at Lazard, Joe joined Archaea Energy as a Manager in Corporate Development, where they stayed until early 2023.

Joe's most recent role has been as the VP of Finance at Amperon since March 2023. Throughout their career, Joe has gained extensive experience in finance, investment banking, and corporate development, demonstrating their expertise and adaptability in various fields.

Joe Kelly completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a BBA degree in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business, graduating between 2009 and 2013. Joe Kelly's secondary education took place at Hinsdale Central High School, where they studied before their college years, starting in 2005 and ending in 2009.
