Jatin Sandilya

Jatin Sandilya is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in technology and leadership. Currently serving in an engineering role at Ampersand since July 2024 and as a Founder Fellow at On Deck since January 2022, Jatin actively fosters talent and innovation. As CEO and Founder of Revert from February 2023, Jatin leads efforts to enhance integration processes for developers and SaaS companies. Previous experiences include a Senior Software Engineer at Flux, where Jatin developed advanced frontend technologies, and a founder role at FlowDash. Early career roles included software engineering positions at Swiggy and Morgan Stanley, alongside internships at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Defence Research and Development Organisation. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, obtained in 2017.
