Nader Alaghband is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in health and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Ampersand Health since September 2018, Nader leads the development of personalized behavioral therapeutics aimed at improving mental health outcomes for long-term conditions in immunology and oncology. Prior to this role, Nader served as CEO of Ampersand & Ampersand (3amp) from September 2011 to May 2019, where the digital agency focused on leveraging emerging technologies for social impact in the healthcare industry. Nader’s entrepreneurial journey began with Earthtone, co-founded in January 2008, and included various roles in international development from March 2004 to January 2008. Nader holds an AB in Philosophy from Cornell University, completed Executive Education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and was educated at St Paul's School.
