Gabriel Osório

Gabriel O. is currently employed as an Assistente em sala de aula at Maple Bear Jardins since February 2024, providing support to teachers with classroom activities and preparing educational materials while supervising students in bilingual interactions. Previously, Gabriel served as an Orientador at Kumon Brasil, guiding students in the execution of activities across Portuguese, mathematics, and English from September 2023 to February 2024. From April 2021 to May 2023, Gabriel worked as an Aprendiz Customer Care at Level Up Brasil, where responsibilities included conducting satisfaction surveys, crafting motivational emails, and developing performance guidance for analysts, as well as creating procedures for FAQs and support articles. Gabriel O. is currently pursuing a degree in Licenciatura, Ciências at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, expected to graduate in January 2027, and previously completed a Técnico degree in Administração de Empresas at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo in June 2021.
