Gláucia Fortes is a seasoned operations manager currently serving as Gerente de Operações in the exclusive PepsiCo squad at AMPFY and simultaneously in a similar role at BAKERY since January 2024. Previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Dentsu Creative from December 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included implementing agile methodologies and managing teams to ensure effective project execution.
