Hilesh Motwani

Hilesh Motwani has over two decades of experience in financial reporting and budgeting, currently serving as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Budgeting at Amphastar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2002. Key accomplishments include developing the company’s annual budget, maintaining a global 5-year forecast in collaboration with senior executives, and preparing numerous SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and S-1. Hilesh has played a vital role in the company's $64 million IPO and has led initiatives to enhance internal knowledge of XBRL. Hilesh's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Finance & Trade and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, both from California State University, Long Beach.
