Ryan Conlin

Ryan Conlin currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Amphenol Alden since August 2023, having previously undertaken a Business Development Internship at the same company in mid-2022. Prior to this, Ryan had an extensive role at EarthEnable from August 2017 to May 2021, holding positions including Chief of Staff, Quality Assurance and Systems Manager, Kamonyi District Manager, and Global Operations Fellow. Ryan's earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at The Lantau Group, an Operations Consultant position at the Uganda Women's Organization, and as a Junior Associate in Business Development at SapientNitro. Academically, Ryan earned an MBA from Yale School of Management (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European History from Carleton College (2012-2016), complemented by a short course from Harvard Business School Online in 2015.
