David C. Abbott

David Abbott is the Vice President and Controller of Interconnect and Sensor Systems Division. Prior to his current role, he was Group Controller, Interconnect and Sensor Systems from 2018 to 2021 and Group Controller of its predecessor Global Interconnect Systems from 2011 to 2018. Mr. Abbott joined Amphenol in 2005 through the Company’s acquisition of the connection systems division of Teradyne where he served as Operations Controller for seven years. Mr. Abbott started his career in 1992 at Lockheed Martin in the Financial Leadership Development Program. He has a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
