Carmen Abigail Cuamba Alvarez

Carmen Abigail Cuamba Alvarez has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Analista de RR. HH. at Amphenol Optimize since September 2016, focusing on labor relations. In this role, Carmen has also held the position of Tecnico Lean, where responsibilities included the implementation of RPA, action plan development, management of Kaizen events, personnel management, visual factory workshop coordination, and basic LEAN training. Additionally, Carmen worked as an Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional, conducting induction courses for new employees. Prior to this, Carmen completed an internship at Continental Automotive, where tasks involved creating standardized work instructions, reviewing leader standard work, supporting 5S audits, and training operators on new instructions. Carmen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad de Sonora, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
