Chandima Dutton

Chandima Dutton has a wealth of experience in the business world. Chandima began their career in 1993 as a Project Manager and Software Developer at Advantica. Chandima then moved to National Grid in 2003, where they held various roles including Strategy Manager, Strategy Partner, System Operator, Gas Network Strategy Manager, System Operator, Senior Regulatory Analyst, Senior Commercial Analyst, Commercial, Optimisation Team Leader, System Control and Team Manager, Gas Transmission Asset Management. In 2018, they became an Associate Partner at Perspectiv LLP and an Associate at Waters Wye Associates. In 2019, they joined Pipeline Integrity Engineers Ltd as an Associate. In 2020, they became an Academic Mentor/Coach for the Executive Masters in Leadership program at Bayes Business School. In 2022, they were appointed Director at The Better Conversations Foundation and Head of People and Clean Coach and Facilitator at Amphora Research Systems. Chandima is currently the Founder and Director of Innovum Consulting Ltd, where they help leaders build individual and team resilience to increase productivity and wellbeing, and helps organisations harness creative thinking to define strategy and innovate.

Chandima Dutton has a comprehensive education history. In 2017-2018, they obtained a Master of Innovation (MInnov) from Bayes Business School, specializing in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership. From 1999-2008, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) from Cranfield University in Numerical Methods and Software Systems. Finally, from 1990-1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Warwick in Applied Mathematics.
