Siva Karnam

Siva Karnam has extensive work experience in HR and talent management. From 2018 to the present, they worked as an HR Manager at Amphora. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they served as a Manager HR and TA at Nexiilabs. Before that, they worked at Radiant Systems Inc from 2015 to 2017 and from 2012 to 2015 as a Manager Talent Management. From 2011 to 2012, Siva worked as a Sr. Specialist at Ascend Consultancy Services, where they handled end-to-end recruitment and liaised with various departments. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Staffing Specialist at Cambio Consulting Pvt Ltd, where they focused on recruitment for IT domains. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, Siva worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Sequel Infotech, where they conducted talent acquisition and account management for clients.

Siva Karnam completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU. This education took place before 2013, as the end year is mentioned as 2013.

Prior to that, Siva Karnam also attained a Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Science from Synergy Business College. This diploma was earned during the period from 2006 to 2008.
