Ravil Shamsutdinov is an experienced engineering professional specializing in substation engineering and electrical design, currently serving as the Manager of Substation Engineering at Ampirical since March 2024. Previously, Ravil held various roles, including Substation Design Engineer at LCEC, where responsibilities encompassed the complete design and construction oversight of high-voltage substations, and Engineering Supervisor at Electroshield-Ufa, overseeing a team of engineers in transmission line and substation design. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering gained through an Engineer's degree from Ufa State Aviation Technical University, Ravil has developed expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, technical mentoring, and project management throughout a career that spans over a decade in the electrical engineering field.
