Kenneth Forsythe MD is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in orthopedic and sports medicine, as well as obesity management. Since 2002, Kenneth has served as President of Green Light Wellness™, focusing on promoting healthier lifestyles through simple principles. Kenneth has also provided specialized orthopedic services at Ampla Health, addressing the needs of underserved populations. A Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine since 1993, Kenneth has contributed to the field through research and education, including roles as Assistant Residency Director at UC Davis Health and Medical Director at the University of the Pacific. Kenneth's background includes media engagements as an on-air personality and commentary for the 1988 Olympic Games, as well as founding the ALTA Institute, which pioneered sports medicine in Los Angeles.
