Prior to these roles, Dhara contributed as a Manager at Talati and Panthaky Associated Pvt. Ltd. and worked as a Supervisor at Pramod S. Shah and Associates. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai, a Company Secretary certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) also from the University of Mumbai.
