Sandeep karpe

Sandeep Karpe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandeep began their career in 2006 as a Business Development Executive at Splendid IT Services Pvt Ltd, where they cold called and telecalled corporates for employee screening outsourcing. Sandeep also managed a delivery team and prepared invoices based on analysis of weekly/monthly MIS. From 2007 to 2008, Sandeep worked as a Business Development Manager at TINS, where they identified potential markets and clients, managed relationships with large accounts, and explored business opportunities such as bulk training programs and HR outsourcing. In 2010, Sandeep joined TINS as a BDM and headed the Business Development department. Sandeep maintained regular contacts with corporates, acquired contact-staffing orders, and implemented strategies to fill them. In 2013, Sandeep became the Manager of Business Development at Saanvad Ventures Private Limited, where they played a key role in expanding business opportunities. Finally, in 2015, Sandeep joined Ample Technologies (P) Ltd as the AM - Business Development.

Sandeep Karpe pursued their secondary education at Bal Vidhya Mandir in Parbhani, Maharashtra from 1997 to 1998, obtaining a SSC degree. Sandeep then attended LBS in Maharashtra from 1998 to 2000 for their intermediate studies. After that, Sandeep enrolled at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in ECE from 2000 to 2005. Later, they attended Aurora Business School from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management and obtaining a PGDM degree.
