Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2019, Jessica worked for over 15 years with start-up and hyper-growth businesses to national and public organizations in the people operations field, both in-house as well as consulting. Jessica is well-versed in legal processes and standards and uses that knowledge to create scalable processes that lead to reaching business objectives related to people operations and human strategy.
