Shannon Hodges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer growth, sales, and support operations. Currently serving as Head of Customer Growth at AmplifAI since April 2024, Shannon previously held the position of Vice President of Sales & Support at Opendoor from April 2021 to March 2024. Additionally, Shannon was Vice President at GoDaddy, overseeing international Sales, Care, and Technical Support from October 2017 to April 2021. Prior experience includes Vice President of Customer Care Operations at Sirius XM Radio Inc., focusing on enhancing customer retention and satisfaction while managing a substantial operating budget. Shannon also served as Vice President & General Manager in Sales Operations at Convergys, achieving notable business growth, and began a career in workforce management consultancy at HP (formerly EDS). Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ouachita Baptist University.
