Michael Desmond

Michael Desmond has extensive work experience in project management and consulting roles. Michael currently works at Amplifi as a Senior Consulting Director, a position they assumed in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amplifi as a Consulting Director from 2019 to 2023 and as a Senior Project Manager from 2018 to 2019.

Before joining Amplifi, Michael worked at Ideosity, Inc. as the Director of PMO from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they managed a delivery services team and implemented operational changes to improve project efficiency.

From 2014 to 2017, Michael worked at Stibo Systems as a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager. Michael'sresponsibilities included managing assets across multiple SCRUM teams and ensuring positive client relationships.

Before their corporate roles, Michael worked as a freelance Multimedia Producer and Production Manager. Michael created original digital work for various companies and also helped produce television programs for major networks such as NBC, CBS, BET, VH1, MTV, and the Style Network.

Michael Desmond pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism: Telecommunications from The University of Georgia between 2005 and 2008. Michael furthered their studies by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Information Systems and Services from Georgia State University from 2013 to 2014.
