Jeremy Sandstrom has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jeremy currently holds the position of Director of Professional Services & Customer Success at Amplifi.io and Pattern® since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CommentSold as a Director of Enterprise Customer Onboarding from June 2022 to May 2023, and as a Director of Customer Onboarding from February 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they served as Head of Global Onboarding at Helpware from July 2020 to February 2021. Jeremy also held leadership positions at Restaurant365 as Head of CS Operations from December 2019 to February 2020, and as Head of Onboarding and Professional Services from July 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, they worked at Solutionreach, Inc. as the Director of Customer Success and Onboarding from January 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Implementation & Customer Support at MasteryConnect from August 2013 to January 2016. Jeremy began their career at Allegiance, Inc. as a Customer Support Manager from December 2009 to October 2011, and as a Customer Success Manager from February 2008 to December 2009. At Instructure, Inc., they worked as a Customer Success Manager from June 2013 to August 2013, and as an Implementation and Professional Services Project Manager from March 2012 to June 2013. Lastly, they held a position as an Implementation Consultant at Allegiance, Inc. from October 2011 to March 2012. Throughout their career, Jeremy has demonstrated expertise in customer success, onboarding, and implementation, consistently improving processes and driving efficiencies for various organizations.

Jeremy Sandstrom obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Utah between 2003 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2013.
