Kevin Zaenger has over 20 years of experience in data analytics, loyalty strategy, and marketing. Kevin currently serves as the VP of Data Analytics at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, where they lead the data and analytics strategy for numerous clients and manages the Analytics team. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Lee Health, where they held roles as a Project Manager for Provider Operations and IT Integration, and as a Senior Account Manager at thomasarts, both supporting the Population Health division. Before that, they were the Director of Loyalty Strategy, Customer Analytics, and Business Solutions at Hertz, where they led a team in measuring and managing customer loyalty programs. Kevin also has experience at Epsilon Loyalty Services, providing expertise in loyalty program processes and analysis. Kevin started their career at Accenture as a Process Analyst.

Kevin Zaenger attended the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
