Prior experience includes a role as Team Mentor - Alarm Dispatch Operator at AvantGuard Monitoring Centers and Regional Account Manager at OptimalShip. Austin began a career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Outdoors International. A graduate of Brigham Young University - Idaho, Austin earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2022.
