William Pulman

William Pulman, CFA, is the Founder and CEO of Layr, a company dedicated to enhancing the strength, safety, and energy efficiency of glass using 3M's technology, with operations based in New York City. Pulman has been active in investment and advisory roles across several companies, including NUTRAFOL, SportsLife X™, Inc., and Amplified Marketing, while also serving as a Member of the Metropolitan Executive Alliance. Previous professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc., and holding roles at Apollo Global Management LLC and Standard General, focusing on distressed and special situations investing. Pulman began a career in finance at VTS as a Seed Investor and Board Member following a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University.
