Andrea Leet

Andrea Leet is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Associate Director at Amplifon since November 2021, Andrea leads the Talent Acquisition function and enhances recruiting processes. Previously, Andrea held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amplifon and Entegris, providing strategic HR solutions and coaching management on various HR challenges. Andrea's background also includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at ReSound, where responsibilities included aligning HR needs with business strategies. Earlier experience includes managing human resources at Girl Scouts River Valleys and facilitating fitness classes as a Group Fitness Instructor at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
