Elliott Rychter

Elliott Rychter currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amplifon since April 2023. Prior to this role, Elliott was a Recruiter for Electronic Arts (EA) from May 2021 to April 2023, contributing to both the APAC and North America Talent Acquisition Teams by recruiting for a wide range of positions in technology and creative fields. From January 2018 to May 2021, Elliott worked as a Consultant at David Aplin Group, leading the Accounting and Finance Recruitment Division and providing hiring solutions across various sectors. Early career experience includes a Client Services Manager position at MWL Financial Group and a Customer Service Specialist role at Commonwealth Bank. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Planning and Services and Human Resource Management from Deakin University, complemented by a Diploma of Financial Services from Integrity Education Group.
