Emily Hamilton, CDR has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Emily currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Amplifon, where they support regional talent acquisition initiatives and optimizes recruitment processes through data analytics. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amplifon, providing hiring support to Miracle-Ear Franchisees. Emily also served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Packard Culligan Water, where they implemented standardized recruiting processes and provided training to hiring leaders. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruiter at SNI Companies, focusing on business development and recruiting for the Minneapolis Accounting Now division. Emily also gained experience as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist at AllianceOne, handling full-cycle recruitment for contact center and corporate openings.

Emily Hamilton, CDR, holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Social Science from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University. Emily also obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in 2022.
