Francesca Gargani is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in global recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Amplifon since January 2020, Francesca is responsible for EMEA talent acquisition and corporate recruitment activities. Prior to this, Francesca worked at ABB as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter and Talent Partner, where responsibilities included talent management for various business sectors and facilitating employee development assessments. Francesca's career began at GE, where roles included Senior Corporate Recruiter, managing full life-cycle recruiting across multiple industries, and intern in the global supply chain. Francesca holds a Laurea in Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Master in Human Resources Management from Università di Pisa.
