Laura Ferrara

Laura Ferrara is an experienced professional with a strong background in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as a Board Member at AIIA since October 2021 and as the Chief Internal Audit & Risk Management Officer at Amplifon since January 2021, Laura has held key positions at various organizations. Prior roles include Chief Audit Executive at Trenord, responsibilities that encompassed Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management from February 2015 to January 2021, and involvement in expatriate audit projects at EDF. Earlier career highlights include audit planning and coordination at Edison S.p.A., senior auditing at Telecom Italia, and external auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Laura holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Università Bocconi and is currently furthering education through the Ned community program.
