Lukasz Sylwester

Lukasz Sylwester is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and marketing across various regions. Currently serving as the General Manager for Amplifon Hungary & Poland since January 2020, Lukasz has successfully led operational turnarounds during the COVID-19 pandemic, fostering a success-oriented corporate culture. Prior to this role, Lukasz held the position of General Manager for Whirlpool Czech Republic and Slovakia, where sales reached €70 million through strategic commercial leadership. Additional experience includes directing air conditioning operations at Whirlpool EMEA and driving significant business growth as Senior Category Manager for Bauknecht AG in Northern and Continental Europe. Lukasz began his career at Whirlpool South Africa, taking on various marketing roles. Lukasz holds a Master's degree in Management and Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
