Paolo Lazzarini

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Paolo combines an international experience in Private Equity with General Management track record as an Executive, covering Sales, Operations, as well as Corporate Development roles.

He joined Bain & Co in 2002, working across Europe and the US as a consultant, and moved in 2007 to Investitori Associati Private Equity as a Director and Operating Partner.

In 2014, he became Vice President Business Operations at Pantheon Healthcare. Three years later, he joined Metro AG as Value Creation Director, to be then appointed Global Director of Strategy – Corporate Development.
