Lara MacAlpine has a diverse work experience in the fields of partnerships, talent management, and public relations. Lara currently works at Amplify as the Partnerships & Talent Lead. Prior to this role, Lara worked at Mission as a Partnerships Senior Account Manager, where they brokered and managed partnerships with various global brands. Lara also worked as a Partnerships Account Manager at Mission. Before Mission, Lara worked at Seven Dials PR as a PR Account Manager and PR Senior Account Executive, where they managed press offices, campaign activations, and event productions for clients in the entertainment and beverage industries. Lara has also gained experience at Ogilvy, Brand Revolution, THRSXTY, and Exposure, where they contributed to various PR and event production activities for clients in the drinks, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

Lara MacAlpine earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2014. Lara also received a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy from the University of the Arts London in 2020. Prior to their university studies, Lara completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma at the United Nations International School from 2007 to 2010.
