Sheetal Shetty

Sheetal Shetty has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Sheetal is currently an Associate Director - Talent Acquisition at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. Sheetal previously worked as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, they were a Manager - Talent Acquisition at Atul Ltd from 2011 to 2015, where they managed end-to-end recruitment for multiple business divisions. Before joining Atul Ltd, Sheetal worked as a Manager - HR at Novartis from 2010 to 2011 and as a Team Integrator at Randstad India from 2007 to 2009.

Sheetal Shetty attended Rizvi College of Engineering from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. Sheetal also holds a certification as a Certified Thomas Assessment Practitioner from Thomas International, obtained in the year 2023.
