Bianca Monzon

Bianca Monzon, CHRP® CLDP®, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Amplify since December 2023. With a robust background in human resources management, Bianca has held similar managerial roles at EdVenture PH, Boozy.ph, and Anytime Fitness, among others. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Consultant for RealJuice Beverages Inc. and various human resources positions at Promo Exchange Inc., Innerworks, and Slate Consulting K.K. Additionally, Bianca worked as a Headhunter and Senior Executive Recruiter for the APAC Division at Optia Partners K.K. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University.
