Danny Chiarastella is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership. Currently serving as the CFO at Amplify Advisors since May 2021, Danny specializes in financial strategy as a fractional CFO. Previously, as the Head of Finance for the Americas at 3P Learning, significant achievements included securing $80K in federal grants and streamlining finance processes to reduce month-end close times. From 2003 to 2018, Danny held the CFO position at Divestco Inc., successfully raising equity and structuring debt totaling $30 million and participating in transactions worth $150 million. Early career roles include positions at Precision Drilling as a Financial Analyst, Integrated Production Services Ltd. as Canadian Controller, and BDO Canada as a Staff Accountant. Danny holds a B. Comm in Accounting from the University of Calgary and completed Dale Carnegie Training between 2014 and 2016.
