Eryn Mounticure is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and program management. Currently serving as the Director of CX Strategy & Special Projects at Amplify since June 2025, Eryn previously held leadership roles at Reconstruction US, including Vice President of Program and Strategy and Vice President of Client Success. Eryn has also contributed as a consultant at Axis Talent Partners and as Chief of Staff at vChief. With a strong background at Teach For America, Eryn advanced the Veterans Initiative, impacting over 450 military veterans and spouses in education. Eryn's earlier career includes positions such as School Operations Manager at KIPP Jacksonville Schools and High School English Teacher at Duval County Public Schools, where recognition as Rookie of the Year was received in 2010. Eryn holds a B.S. in English Education from Florida State University and two master's degrees in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
