Inbar Schwartz

Inbar Schwartz is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in college readiness and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Amplify since May 2025, Inbar has also held advisory board positions at prestigious institutions such as Bentley University, Bates College, the College of the Holy Cross, and Technolutions. As the Managing Director of College Programs at Harlem Village Academies from March 2020 to May 2025, Inbar led a team that successfully supported over 1,050 students in achieving postsecondary success. Previous roles include Assistant Director of the College Success Program at Achievement First and various impactful positions at Teach For America, where Inbar received the Sue Lehmann Excellence in Teacher Leadership Award. Inbar holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with a strong educational background in Urban Studies and Secondary Education.
