Kelly Manard

Kelly Manard is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Senior Professional Development Strategist in Literacy at Amplify, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Kelly worked in the Syracuse City School District from July 2013 to January 2022, where roles included Principal of The Syracuse Latin School and Talent Management Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as Coordinator of New Teacher Support and as a Teacher & Teacher Leader at Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2003 to July 2013. Kelly holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Organizational Change from Towson University, a Master of Arts in Teaching for Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Ithaca College.
