Nina Sovani

Nina Sovani has extensive experience in supply chain management and demand planning across various industries, currently serving as the Executive Director at Amplify since January 2019. In this role, Nina leads forecasting and demand planning, utilizing predictive modeling to enhance accuracy and optimize supply chain operations. Previously, roles included Director of Demand Planning and Forecasting and Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Amplify Education, where Nina oversaw inventory planning and established processes to ensure adequate inventory levels. Previous experience includes positions such as Logistics Manager at KARA, Inventory Manager at Rent The Runway, and Business Analyst at Mon Ami Jewelry. Nina holds an M.B.A. in International Business and a B.Sc. in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University, along with early education in commerce from Dubai Modern High School.
