Rita Schaefer

Rita Schaefer is the SVP of Sales at Amplify. Rita has over 30 years of experience in the publishing industry, having worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for 34 years before joining Amplify. Schaefer has held a variety of positions during their time in the publishing industry, including Executive Vice President. In their current role, Schaefer is responsible for leading the sales team at Amplify and driving growth for the company.

Rita Schaefer has a BA in English Education from Augustana College. Rita is currently an English/Language Arts Teacher Education at the same school.

They work with Eric Berger - SVP, Desmos Classroom, Julia Gonzales - VP, Government Relations, and John Stewart - SVP, Research and Measurement. Their manager is Larry Berger, Chief Executive Officer.
