Wendy Rooker

Wendy Rooker is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the educational publishing industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Southeast & Mid-Atlantic Sales at Amplify since July 2017, Wendy has previously held positions as Vice President of Southeast Sales and Executive Director of State Adoption Strategy at the same company. Prior to joining Amplify, Wendy worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from April 2014 to 2017, where roles included Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Director of Sales Strategies, focusing on developing sales campaigns and collaborating with product development. Wendy’s earlier career includes positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and McDougal Littell, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales teams and executing product strategies. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from The University of Georgia.
