Sanford Andrew

Sanford (Sandy) Andrew has over three decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Amplify Energy Corp since July 2019. Prior to this role, Sandy held the position of Operations Manager at Amplify Energy and served as Operations Manager for the Rockies at Chesapeake Energy. Sandy also has experience as the Owner of SS Consulting, and as President and COO of Petroflow Energy, a company co-founded by Sandy. Additional roles include Operations Manager at Baker Energy and Vice President of Operations at TDC Energy, along with a background as Senior Production Engineer at Freeport McMoran Oil and Gas. Sandy's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming, as well as studies at Imperial College London and the US Air Force Academy.
