Stacey Decosmo

Stacey DeCosmo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and growth strategies. Currently serving as a Growth Specialist at Amplify HR Management since April 2019, Stacey focuses on delivering exceptional HR solutions to small businesses. Prior to this role, Stacey spent nearly nine years at CoAdvantage, where responsibilities included providing human resources and benefits solutions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Sales Manager and Overseas Coordinator at Capsmith, Inc., a custom headwear provider, as well as Regional Telemarketing Manager at Colorado Prime, specializing in customized food service. Stacey holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music from the College of DuPage and a high school diploma from Glenbard East High School.
