Jackson Melcher

Jackson Melcher is a software engineer currently employed at Amplify Life Insurance since September 2022, following a role at RingCentral from March 2020 to September 2022 as the Lead Chatbot Developer, where significant contributions were made to employee experience through custom software tools.
