Josh Chung

Mr. Chung is a certified public accountant with almost 20 years of experience in providing the management advisory and attestation services primarily with KPMG to a variety of domestic and international based companies in accordance with PCAOB requirements, U.S. GAAP, Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). His professional experience ranges from initial public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions, financial due diligence, SEC registration statements and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 among many others.

He has significant experience in various industries including financial services, consumer market, and industrial products and has served private and public companies ranging from development stage enterprises to Fortune Global 500 companies.

Mr. Chung is also an angel investor and serves as an advisor and a mentor at multiple venture capitals and incubators, where he works closely with investors and entrepreneurs to create a healthy business ecosystem, including education sessions, connecting advisors and introduction to investors, then combining seed capital and hands-on help to positively impact the entrepreneurs and early-stage startups.

Mr. Chung currently serves as a board member of East Los Angeles College Foundation, enthusiastically supporting the role of improving the quality, sustainability and student involvement of the college programs and community.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree in international business from the University of Houston.
