Sardhaz Mohamed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. sardhaz is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Reqroots Private Ltd, where they focus on transforming talent acquisition. Prior to this, they held positions as the CEO at Zaena Bio PVT. LTD., where they pioneered sustainable biotechnology. Sardhaz also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Applied Thought Auditors and Consultants, Inc. and Amplify Systems, where they excelled in driving operational excellence and managing day-to-day activities. Earlier in their career, Sardhaz held various senior consultant and leadership roles at companies such as Cherryroad Technologies, SRIT Consulting, Platinum Consulting Group, Technisource, Wisetek Providers, and Wipro Technologies.

Sardhaz Mohamed completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1990 to 1993. Subsequently, from 1993 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
