Lyndsey Strain is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in customer management and service delivery. From April 2019 to September 2023, Lyndsey served as the Head of Operations at Capita Customer Management, following a role as General Manager of Customer Service at WNS Global Services in 2018. Previous experience includes various managerial positions at The Very Group, including Head of Customer Service and Offshore Account Manager, and a position as Change & Transition Manager at Serco. Currently, Lyndsey holds the title of Global Business Director at CXI until March 2025 and has recently been appointed as Director of Operations at amplify5 in August 2025.
