Meegan Manuel has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Meegan currently holds the position of Head of People at amplify5, where they began in July 2023. Prior to this, Meegan served as the Head of Human Resources at Black-White Law Firm from September 2022 to June 2023. Meegan also gained experience as a Human Resource Manager at Nasatech t/a Kyocera Document Solutions Cape Town from September 2019 to September 2022, and at Sheraton Textile Holdings from October 2018 to May 2019. Meegan's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Stowe Holdings (Pty) Ltd from February 2014 to September 2018, Human Resources & Administrative Assistant at Stellval Crane Hire from March 2013 to February 2014, Learning Administrator at Mutual & Federal from July 2011 to February 2013, and H.R. Administrative Assistant at Woolworths Distribution Centre from June 2010 to February 2011. Meegan started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Four Seas CCCC from November 2009 to January 2010 and worked as a Claims Assessor / Data Capturer at Old Mutual from December 2005 to July 2009.

Meegan Manuel has a Bachelor's degree in B.A from the University of the Western Cape/Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Meegan then pursued their Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2010 to 2012. Meegan continued their education at the University of the Western Cape, completing their Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2014 to 2016. Meegan later pursued a Thesis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2016 to 2017. Finally, Meegan completed an Industrial Psychology Internship from 2018 to 2020 at the University of the Western Cape.
