Radhika Chudasama

Radhika Chudasama has a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at Outlier Ventures since March 2023. Previously, Radhika held multiple leadership roles at FintechOS from January 2020 to March 2023, focusing on transforming financial technology through innovative solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Symantec, NetApp, Rackspace Technology, ADL Partners, and Kinsey Allen International, showcasing expertise across various industries, including cybersecurity, data management, and executive search. Radhika began a career in the leisure marine industry with Xclusive Yachts and holds a BSc Honors degree in Communications & Media Studies from Brunel University London.
