Amanda H.

Amanda H. began their work experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2004 before moving to Montana State University-Bozeman in 2006. Amanda then transitioned to roles at The University of Texas at San Antonio, starting as a High Containment Laboratory Manager in 2011 and progressing to roles like Laboratory Compliance Manager and Senior Director of Laboratory Safety and Compliance. Amanda's most recent role was as the Director of Biosafety Operations at AmplifyBio since April 2022.

Amanda H. obtained their Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology from UCL in 1998. Amanda then went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Pathology and Pathobiology at the University of Liverpool from 2001 to 2005. In the following years, Amanda obtained various certifications, including becoming a Registered Biosafety Professional and a Member of the Royal Society of Biology.
