Wellington Aguiar

Wellington Aguiar has over eight years of work experience in software engineering and full stack development. In 2014, they began their career as a Web Development Intern at Banco do Brasil. In 2016, they joined Instituto Soma as a Full Stack Developer and Lead Developer, where they developed a Geographic Information System for Public administration and highway monitoring. Wellington also acted as Scrum Master and Lead Developer reviewing backend services. In 2018, they joined Revelare, Agência de Comunicação + Internet as a Full Stack Developer, where they supported Revelare's shift from an advertising agency to a tech company that focused on software development. Wellington also improved the team workflow by implementing agile practices and usability testing. In 2020, they joined Lello Imóveis as a Full Stack Developer, where they developed a Housing as a Service (HaaS) progressive web app using React and Gatsby, hosted at AWS using S3, CloudFront and Lambda@Edge. Wellington also created build, test, and deploy pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines. In 2021, they joined Modus Create as a Front End Engineer. Currently, they are working at AmplifyMD as a Software Engineer.

Wellington Aguiar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2012 and 2019. Wellington also holds several certifications from Alura Cursos Online, including "Curso Comunicação: Como se expressar bem e ser compreendido", "Curso Lean Startup: Primeiros passos da sua startup enxuta", "Curso Scrum Parte 2: O Manifesto Ágil, Liderança e Organização em Scrum", "Curso Scrum parte 1: Gerencie o seu projeto de forma ágil", and "Scrum: Agilidade em seu projeto".
